Age Verification & Delivery Requirements

All purchases must be made by individuals who are 21 years of age or older. Upon delivery, a valid government-issued photo ID will be required by the carrier, and a signature from someone 21 or older is mandatory. Orders cannot be left unattended or released to anyone under the legal drinking age.

Shipping Information & Order Cancellations

Please verify that your shipping address is accurate before placing your order. Customers are responsible for providing correct delivery information. If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for return shipping fees. Cancellations resulting from address errors may be subject to a 10% processing fee.

Product Details & Order Policy

Unless otherwise specified, all bottles available from Sampson Liquor Store Houston are 750ml and in stock, ready to ship. All sales are considered final. If a cancellation is requested before your order has been shipped, a refund may be issued minus a 10% cancellation fee.

Shipping Conditions & Weather Risks

Please be aware that extreme weather — including high heat or freezing temperatures — can damage products in transit. Sampson Liquor Store Houston is not liable for any damages resulting from weather conditions during shipping. We are happy to hold your order upon request until weather conditions are more favorable.

Note: We do not ship products containing more than 70% alcohol by volume (140 proof), such as 95% grain alcohol. Products below 24% ABV are unrestricted; however, items above 24% ABV cannot be shipped via air.

Order Processing & Inventory Availability

Orders are generally processed and shipped within 3 business days after payment is received. Please allow for additional time during holidays or busy periods. Product availability and pricing are subject to change without prior notice. If an item is no longer available after purchase, we will notify you within 5 business days to offer a refund or a restocking option.

Packaging & Damaged Deliveries

All items are packed securely to minimize the risk of breakage during transit. If your shipment arrives damaged, please contact us immediately and include photos of the issue. Refunds or replacements can only be processed once the damaged goods are returned. Note that minor leakage may not qualify for a refund, but we will do our best to resolve any major issues to your satisfaction.
