Address Accuracy & Cancellations

Please double-check your shipping details before placing your order. Customers are responsible for address accuracy. If an incorrect address causes a return, the purchaser will be charged for return shipping. Orders canceled due to address errors may be subject to a 10% processing fee.

Orders & Product Information

All bottles sold at Sampson Liquor Store Houston are 750ml unless otherwise stated and are in stock, ready to ship. All sales are final. If you cancel before shipment, refunds may be issued minus a 10% cancellation fee.

Shipping & Weather Conditions

Ground shipping can expose products to extreme weather risks — heat damage in summer or freezing in winter. Sampson Liquor Store Houston is not responsible for temperature-related damages. We can hold your order until conditions improve if requested.

We do not ship alcoholic beverages above 70% ABV (140 proof), including 95% grain alcohol. Alcohol under 24% ABV is exempt from hazardous material rules, but products over that limit cannot be shipped by air.

Orders typically ship within 3 business days once payment is confirmed. Please allow extra time during holiday periods. Prices and availability may change without notice. If a product becomes unavailable after purchase, we will contact you with options for a refund or restock (up to 5 business days).

Packaging & Damaged Shipments

Every order is securely packed in specialized shipping containers. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us with photos. Refunds may only be issued once damaged goods are returned. Please note that leaks are not covered under our damage policy, but we’ll do our best to assist with serious issues.
